Bianca and Tim’s themed golf engagement was the perfect idea to showcase Tim’s love of the game and their love of spending time with one another. I must say I have always wanted to do a themed sports engagement so when Bianca approached me with the idea, I was over the moon with excitement. I met my sweethearts out at the Orange County National Golf Center and Lodge located in Winter Garden where Tim plays frequently. While storms were all around us, it held out just long enough to “play a few rounds” and capture some adorable images.
Online dating has been an incredible source for many of my couples to find ‘the one.’ Bianca and Tim lucked out in meeting one another on a dating app back in May of 2015. Since the app was based on proximity and location, truly destiny intervened when Bianca happened to be in Miami looking for an apartment and Tim popped up on her phone. After texting for two months, the two decided to finally meet in person for a date. Let me just tell you though that there date was definitely a little out of the ordinary and almost fate, as it was at Tim’s best friend’s wedding in New Jersey where they both lived at the time. From a first date at a wedding to their soon to be destination wedding, it truly was meant for these two to be together from the start.
For both Bianca and Tim, they love how each other complements one another so well. Tim of course also loves how caring Bianca is and how she is always down to tag along for a round of golf. Their mutual interests and vision or their future brought them together and continued building upon the strong foundation for their relationship.
After two years of dating, Tim knew it was time to ‘pop the question.’ While planning a long weekend getaway to celebrate Bianca’s 25th birthday at St. Augustine, Tim asked her to go with him on a sunset walk along the beach. As Bianca reminisces, “during the walk he was telling me all the reasons he loves me and what he loves about our relationship, then asked me to spend my life with him.” Of course Bianca said “yes” and the two celebrated by sharing a beautiful weekend together. Just a sweet note, Tim was so nervous that he even had everything written out on a little piece of paper in his pocket just in case he forgot what he wanted to say – so sweet!
Fast forward to their golf themed engagement, Bianca knew it would be the perfect way to capture their love of spending time together. While Tim is the primary lover of golf, Bianca always loves to tag along by driving the golf cart. It has truly become ‘their thing’ in being able to spend time together. Wishing these two an amazing wedding in Cancun!
