Stephany and Nick tied the knot and recommitted to one another during their Timacuan Golf Club wedding. A promise to Stephany that was beautifully fulfilled with love, Nick wanted to give her the dream wedding she had always wanted.
Living on base in North Carolina, the two traveled back down to sunny Florida to celebrate with friends and family. Our day started off with capturing Nick and his crew getting ready. I must say my ‘camera shy’ groom who is a self-proclaimed non-lover of photos was quite the model. Nick, you’ve got to admit by the end of the night you were totally asking for more photos with friends and family! Warming up to the camera, all of the guys had us cracking up as they attempted to put on jackets together for some cool getting ready shots. Nick’s best man helped him button up his Marine blues as well.
Once Stephany and her glam squad arrived, we headed over to the bridal suite to capture her and her girls in their adorable robes before jumping into their dresses. Stephany has a beauty that radiates both on the inside and out. A natural in front of the camera, her bridal portraits are stunningly editorial. I loved the warmth in the room as all of her girls helped out from zipping up her dress to putting on her veil.
Their ceremony took place inside to avoid the Summer heat. Flanked by two podiums with floral bouquets, their ceremony site overlooked the beautiful Timacuan golf course. After saying “I do” and sharing a first kiss, formal photos with their family and wedding party ensued right after. The passing rain shower didn’t stop us from jumping outside for a few quick newlywed portraits. Situating our couple underneath an overhang with a background filled with greenery was both tranquil and perfectly place to avoid the raindrops.
Roeshink Entertainment announced our wedding party in with a bang that ended with our newlyweds sharing a first dance. Dining and dancing until the late night hours capped off what made for a day to go down in history. A sparkler send off with everyone waiving our sweethearts goodbye was the finale to a beautiful night. Wishing these two a safe trip home!
