Crystal Ballroom at Sunset Harbor Wedding

The Crystal Ballroom at Sunset Harbor set the stage for Yarely and Adolfo’s wedding day. Glamour would definitely be the one word that summarizes their special day, which could be found in all the little details from crystal accents to chiavari chairs.

Yarely and Adolfo’s story began in the Summer of 2015 while at a Tampa Bay Rays game. Invited by her best friend to tag along for a group meetup, Yarely had the chance to meet Adolfo. The two clicked instantly and dating soon ensued.

Over time as the two grew closer to one another, they realized that they had found their soulmate. From their spontaneous and silly nature, to love of football and running marathons, they commonalities were the foundation for their relationship to grow upon. During a planned trip for Yarely’s 25^th birthday with their friends and family, Adolfo popped the question of “will you marry me?” while at a special dinner out with everyone. While Yarely was hoping for a proposal soon, it was completely unexpected when a birthday cake was placed in front of her that had written the words upon it. Silly and sweet, Yarely jumped out of her seat to Adolfo and said, “yes!”

Their wedding day was also filled with the love and silliness of their friends and family who came out to celebrate in such a beautiful moment. Starting off, we awaited Yarely and Adolfo’s arrival by capturing décor details. Once our sweethearts arrived, we jumped into getting ready shots and one of my favorite moments, bridal portraits. Holding back the tears, Yarely needed a few tissues before walking down the aisle as the emotions flooded in. It is just that undeniable feeling of stepping into your dress for the first time, that it hits you of how real the moment it is.

While their outdoor ceremony was rained out, we took advantage of the stunningly beautiful backup plan inside. An aisle lined with floral arrays and chiavari chairs welcomed guests in and beckoned our couple to come say their “I do’s.” Following their ceremony we moved the chairs back and made way for large family portraits followed by wedding party portraits. As luck may have it, the rain stopped just in time for us to head outside for a few newlywed portraits before back upstairs to party the night away!
