Join us on a heartfelt journey as we delve into Annabelle and Christopher’s intimate beach wedding, a celebration of love and unity against the serene backdrop of Satellite Beach, Florida. With the ocean’s gentle waves as witnesses, and surrounded by their nearest and dearest, their union was made even more special by a poignant sword arch, a symbol of honor and camaraderie from their friends in the Air Force, creating a truly unforgettable day filled with cherished memories.
How They Met
We met in Okinawa, Japan in October 2016. We were both active duty Air Force officers stationed at the same unit. We explored Japan on several group trips with Chris as an unofficial tour guide, even after he moved to another base in Tokyo, Japan. Over the next several months, we continued to plan adventures together including climbing Mount Fuji until we made it official end of 2018. Despite several moves (Germany, South Korea, Alabama) and a pandemic, our relationship stayed strong. After finally getting stationed together in Tucson, Arizona, Chris proposed in the most romantic way on top of Vernal Falls in Yosemite National Park on June 10, 2022.
What They Love About Each Other

The Proposal
We planned a trip to Yosemite National Park after seeing Chris’s childhood home and exploring San Francisco Bay Area. We decided to do a beautiful hike up to the top of Vernal Falls. The up of the waterfall was empty when he popped the question. Luckily, a couple was nearby that saw the proposal and offered to take pictures to capture the moment.
