The Proposal
We got engaged on December 10, 2021 at Christmas in the Wild at Zoo Tampa. One of our first dates had been to this event in 2018. We also enjoy monthly trips to Zoo Tampa. This was the perfect place since we have spent so much time there together! We were there for an event for Conner’s alumni association at St. Leo University. He walked around all night with the ring lose in his pocket because he didn’t want me to know he had it. He waited for us to be in a secluded part of the zoo and popped the question! Then we walked around the zoo together taking in all of the lights and Christmas cheer!
Wedding Day Vision
It is a black and ivory theme for the wedding. Our accent color is light blue and lace. The vision is very elegant with an antique flare. We want to highlight the beautiful antique details inside the venue. There is a grand staircase we want to utilize for pictures and we want to take pictures outside to capture the city vibes of Ybor City. We will also have access to the balcony at the venue.
