United Church of Nazarene Wedding
Lauren and James tied the knot during their United Church of Nazarene wedding in Orlando, Florida. A traditional indoor church wedding ceremony with a modern outdoor wedding reception tied together perfectly for a beautiful day!
How They Met
We met in high school! We first met in our 5th period math class his junior year/ my sophomore year. We didn’t talk to eachother at all until that school year was over when a mutual friend of ours told us we should get to know eachother. We started dating his senior year/ my junior year when he asked me to homecoming (October 18th, 2014).
What They Love Most
We compliment eachother perfectly. We like a lot of the same TV shows, have the same humor, and share the same goals in life! We’re not only a couple, we’re also best friends.
The Proposal
It was Christmas Eve. He arranged a lunch date at a restaurant that said it was open on the website, but ended up being closed. It was fun still, and we ended up eating at Panera Bread. Afterward, we drove around aimlessly, and he was pretending to be lost so that his photographer could have time to hide in the bush in front of where he was going to propose, in Dickson Azalea park. It went perfect and we got the whole thing on video. We are so excited to get married and both of our families are happy for us as well.
