Kimberly and Kevin’s wedding at the Lakeside Inn in Mount Dora, Florida was the definition of serene and heartfelt. Set against the calm waters of the lake, their day unfolded with the kind of quiet beauty that leaves a lasting impression. The couple shared a sweet first look beneath the lakeside gazebo, taking in the moment just for themselves before the celebrations began.
Their lakeside ceremony was intimate and peaceful, perfectly timed with the golden glow of sunset. As the sun dipped below the horizon, they wandered out onto the pier for newlywed portraits that captured the romance of the evening. One of the sweetest details of the day? Including their beloved elderly pup, who was right there with them for the memories. It was a day filled with love, soft light, and meaningful moments.
The Proposal
We got engaged in Sept of 2022, at the top of the lighthouse in Jupiter, FL. Kevin told Kim we were going to a golf tournament, but Kim got suspicious when he told her she couldn’t wear yoga leggings and have her hair in a messy bun. Kevin booked a room at the Jupiter Beach Resort for the weekend, and after the proposal he planned a brunch with all of Kim’s friends from her hometown. After that, he had a few more surprises, including a dinner with her family and a surprise engagement photo shoot. The day was absolutely perfect and memorable. Kevin also spent months designing the perfect ring, a vintage replica with a pear cut yellow sapphire.
