Bok Tower Engagement
Jennifer and Logan traveled out to Bok Tower in Lake Wales, Florida for their gorgeous engagement session. I just love their modern style against the historic backdrop of the beautiful venue!
How They Met
From Jennifer, “We met in September of 2012 in Estero, FL. while we were both attending FGCU. Logan worked right night door, so we would see each other often while on breaks and eventually became friends. We didn’t start dating for another year where Logan completely surprised me with a kiss at his 21st birthday party!”
What They Love Most
We constantly make each other laugh, which is vital to our relationship. We are both playful, Logan more so than Jenn, and find a source of joy within each other and being together.
Jennifer about Logan: “I love Logan’s loyalty and that he always reminds me to enjoy the moment. Sometimes I get lost in the run-and-go of life but Logan is always there to slow me down when I need it, to care for me and to help me enjoy all of the little things.”
Logan about Jennifer: “Jenn is my shining star, my pride and joy, and the love of my life. No one else in this world brings me the joy that she does and for that I am eternally gratefulI. Her positivity and spontaneity are a breath of fresh air in what would otherwise be a lackluster and mundane world. She keeps me grounded and never fails to put a smile on my face.”
The Proposal
From Jennifer, “We always knew we would get married-we’ve been together for six years!- so it was more of a decision of when was the right time. Logan decided to surprise me on my 26th birthday to a picnic at a local park. He set up an entire homemade spread on the stairs of an empty gazebo and passed along a custom engraved wooden photo album full of pictures from our years together. It was set up storybook style, with handwritten letters at the beginning of the album and a suspenseful note at the end that led up to Logan getting down on one knee. My sister snuck her way around to capture photos of the entire thing and we spent the rest of the night celebrating over dinner with some of our closest friends.”
