Casa Feliz Wedding
Kimberly and Jason tied the knot during their Casa Feliz wedding in Winter Park, Florida. Envisioning a classic day filled with colors of silver, black, and hints of green, it came together beautifully!
Love in the first city…
Jason first laid eyes on Kimberly when they started working together in St. Augustine, Florida. From co-workers to friends, their relationship moved to a new chapter when they realized their feelings for one another were mutual and began dating roughly a year after meeting.
Fast forward to Jason’s proposal, the two were traveling through Europe enjoying a destination getaway. Sightseeing in Paris, they visited the Eiffel Tower and Louvre before returning back to their hotel for the night, which was hone Jason popped the question. Saying “yes” to his proposal in the City of Light, it was truly a magical day.
Wedding Day at Casa Feliz
Their wedding at Casa Feliz was just as magical as well. With our bride and her girls arriving before our groom, we began capturing our bride’s party getting ready, which included Kimberly’s details, adorable silk pajama shots (oh! and those too cute furry slippers), and of course getting in the dress. Arriving just a bit before their first look, we wrapped up with our bride and headed over to our groom for a quick cheers with his guys and his best man helping place the boutineer on his jacket.
Heading outside, we utilized a quieter space out of the way of vendors setting up and guests arriving to the front of the house, by a brick walkway area. Seeing one another for the first time, it was hard to hold back the tears and I just adore the emotion we captured in that moment.
After a beautiful first look, we moved on to bridal party formal portraits and newlywed formal portraits before having our bridal party head back inside to hide as guests finished arriving for our couple’s ceremony. Taking place in the front of the historic home, the two tied the knot among friends and family. Kimberly’s grandfather led their ceremony with the biggest smile on his face. Clearly he was one proud grandpa! After sharing a first kiss and sealing the deal with an “I do” and an “I do too,” our couple was officially married.

Formal portraits with family also took place in the front of Casa Feliz, along with a few additional newlywed portraits before we headed off for a few additional spots. A chillier night, guests enjoyed cocktail hour inside, which was the perfect time for one last couple with our newlyweds at their reception location in the back of the house.
Introductions, dances, and toasts took place inside, while dining took place outside, before guests headed back inside to dance the night away.
