Marissa and Montre got married at the lovely Channel Side Wedding Venue in Palm Coast, Florida. The couple had a wonderful day surrounded by their loved ones. We wish nothing but love and happiness to our couple!
The Proposal
I just got back from a trip out of town. Tre told me that he wanted to take me to a nice lunch, but he made a reservation and we needed to hurry. He gave me about 10 minutes to get ready. I put on a little mascara, put on a jumpsuit, and out the door (not even time to do my hair 🙁 ). We got in the car and he told me he needed to grab something real quick in the middle of our apartment complex (the first apartment we lived in together). We both got out and walked over. As we turned the corner, I saw bags that spelt out “Will you marry me?”. He knelt down on one knee and honestly, we both can’t remember what he said! We both were so nervous and excited. As he was taking the ring box out of his pocket, his chap stick fell out as well, lol. He had a photographer there to make sure we had photos. Then, we went to our nice lunch reservation. I absolutely loved the unexpectedness of it!
Wedding Day Vision
Our colors are an ice (light) blue and navy blue, with greenery and dark wood. The bridesmaids will be wearing ice blue and the groom and groomsmen will be wearing navy blue with ice blue tie/bowtie. We will also be adding in wood around the venue, such as signs and centerpieces. The flowers will be mostly white and greenery. We do not have a particular theme.
