Paivy and Jeff tied the knot during their Cross Creek Ranch wedding in Dover, Florida. A mix of rustic and gold created a gorgeous day!
How They Met
We met through mutual friends, our first date was Friday the 13th because Paivy loves spooky things. Mexican food and a cheesy scary movie made for a great first date. We even considered Friday the 13th for a wedding date, but opted for a day later, November 14th, 2020.
The Proposal
It happened on a hiking trip to Kauai, Hawaii . We accidentally chose an ‘advanced’ hiking trail that took us 3 hours to cover 1 mile of terrain. Once we reached the waterfall, Jeff proposed. Paivy had to give Jeff the ring back for safe keeping 3 hours back down the trail head. We celebrated that night at a luau.
Wedding Day Vision
We are having a romantic outdoor fall wedding , the ceremony will take place outdoors (Cross Creek Ranch Enchanted Ceremony location) and the reception will be inside. Our color scheme is earthy with the bridesmaids wearing terracotta and hues of green being brought in from the heavy greenery and floral usage. We have accents of gold (gold candlesticks and other accents).
