Keila & Matt’s Epping Forest Yacht Club Wedding – Captured by Lori

We got engaged on Halloween of 2021. Matt wanted to stick to the holiday theme (also why we picked our wedding on a holiday weekend). We were planning a winery trip with two of our friends. We planned to take a limo there and they are members of the winery so we were going to get a “special” tour. I was a little suspicious since I’m the planner and Matt knew about something before I did but I brushed it off thinking I had just forgot about it. We got to the winery, started a tour and then our tour guide stopped us overlooking the winery. Matt said it would be a great spot for a picture. I went to set my wine glass and purse down and when I turned around Matt was on one knee while our friend recorded the whole thing. After he proposed, he surprised me even more with our family and best friends in a room upstairs… my parents flew in from Florida, best friend from Chicago, brother from Kansas City & about ten more of our closest friends & family that lived locally!
