Isleworth Golf & Country Club Wedding

Lauren and Brian tied the knot during their Isleworth Golf & Country Club wedding in Windermere, Florida. The two envisioned a timeless and classical wedding featuring a beautiful handplayed harp for their walk down the aisle, sacred vows by their pastor, and a reception filled with their closest family and friends.

How They Met

Both working at Florida Hospital, the two met by chance in the operating room and quickly became friends over the following several months. They would hang out periodically, however it wasn’t until November 10th of 2015 when they realized that they had a deeper connection than just friends.

The Proposal

Brian knew that he had found the ‘the one’ and planned out his proposal to Lauren to take place during their getaway vacation. Taking time off in April to go snowboarding in Banff, Canada, the two enjoyed adventuring out on the slopes together and hiking the area. While on a hike in Johnston Canyon, they came across a frozen waterfall that was both massive and stunningly gorgeous. A line had formed near by to grab a picture in front of the stunning landscape. Jumping in line as well and waiting their turn, Brian asked another admirer of the waterfall if they could take a picture of him and Lauren. Completely unexpected, and a very well kept secret, Brian bent down to one knee to ask for Lauren’s hand in marriage after they walked up to the picture spot. Lauren of course said, “yes” and the entire moment was caught on camera to remember for years to come!

Wedding Day

Their wedding day felt as intimate as their engagement through surrounding themselves with their closest family and friends. Arriving to greet our bride while we waiting on our groom, Lauren and her girls were finishing up final touches of hair and makeup. Capturing Lauren in her dress for bridal portraits was by far one of my favorite ‘getting ready’ moments. It just fit her so perfectly!

Heading over to Brian and his guys after they arrived for a few quick getting ready photos, we were off to the ceremony right after. With rainy showers making their way around the Central Florida area, we opted for a beautiful plan B of an indoor ceremony among the vaulted ceilings and natural light that poured in through the windows. Seeing Brian’s expression as Lauren walked down the aisle melted my heart. Their connection is just clear as day, regardless of the rainy skies that were around us, and you could feel the love in the room of everyone around us.

After their ceremony, we captured formal portraits inside at the ceremony location of their family and wedding party. Venturing out to the indoor atrium, we found a beautiful brick fountain for newlywed portraits, along with grabbing a few inside their reception ballroom as well.

Lauren’s father, her Maid of Honor, and Brian’s Best Man gave beautiful toasts reminiscing on on how they met our sweethearts and what they love most about them. After toasts concluded, a three course meal was served and dancing picked up. Liquid Entertainment kept the dance floor going all night with classics of 90s pop that ALL of the guests just loved!

Our night concluded with a last group dance and sparkler send off! Wishing my darlings an amazing honeymoon in Fiji that is just as spectacular as their big day!
