Melanie and Nathan had a gorgeous wedding at Rockledge Gardens in Rockledge, FL. The romantic vibes of the garden were the perfect backdrop for the couple to celebrate with their family and friends. Congratulations to the newlyweds!
The Proposal
We met at a game night a friend hosted early 2020. Nathan quickly got my number and we started walking and talking immediately after COVID hit. It was a great way to build a friendship and we got to know each other over the next several months that way. I ended up asking him to date me November 2020, and we call it, “The night of the Alamo” since it was near a barbecue place called “Alamo BBQ” in Richmond, VA. We also got engaged near there as well so it’s a fun spot in the city for us to go to.
Wedding Day Vision
The colors for the wedding are: midnight purple/eggplant, gold, and forest green. Our theme is garden and rustic. We want the guests to feel free to wander and check out the grounds. We’re getting married in a garden center which we’ll have full access to the whole night! So our hope is that there will be little adventures throughout the venue.
