What a stunning day at Sydonie Mansion! Congratulations to our newlyweds!
The Proposal
We went on a ski trip to Breckenridge, CO and after a few days in Breck we were driving to Denver by way of Red Rocks. Due to Covid the ampitheater was closed so we couldn’t walk around too much but got out of the car to take it in. After getting back in the car I took off my coat and gloves and was thawing out…it was 18 degrees out! Brad drove down a small drive to a parking lot where he got out to make a secret phone call to the photographer standing by. He got back in the car and asked me to go on a short walk with him..said he heard about some trail that has great views. I didn’t want to get out since it was so cold out but after a few asks I bundled up and went on the walk. We walked over to the trailhead and we took in the view, just then Brad turned to me and got down on a knee (holding the ring box upside down on the edge of a steep snowy cliff ha). From there I blacked out and don’t remember a word he said but I said yes!
Wedding Day Vision
Colors – bridesmaids are wearing champagne, groom & groomsman are wearing navy, flowers will be all white, with greenery. We’ll have lots candles and string lighting and greenery. Italy is my favorite place in the world and the garden and mansion reminded me of traveling there. Trying to emulate as much Italian vibes as possible!
