Timacuan Golf Club Wedding

Vanessa and Tai tied the knot during their Timacuan Golf Club wedding in Lake Mary, Florida. The two envisioned a Christmas wedding theme filled with the holiday spirit!

Disney, Where Fairytale Love Began

We met a Disney , we both learned the same show called Festival of the Lion King. He’s a gymnast or acrobat and I’m one of the dancers. His title is called “tumble monkey” and I’m one of the dancing animals.

What They Love Most

Vanessa: I love how kind and giving Tai is. He always puts his family and friends first.

Tai: Tai loves how caring I am towards others.

Lion King Proposal

We went to see Lion King on tour to see a good friend of ours to one of the lead dancer roles. He got us an excellent discount, so we decided to bring the entire family. The tour was at Dr. Phillips Fine Arts Center. After the show, our friend Chris gave us a backstage tour. We started on the main stage. While we were getting our tour of the main stage, the singers from the cast came out from the side curtains and started singing Can You Feel The Love Tonight. Then Tai popped the question. I still remember when I said yes, the cast did a tribal chant as a celebration (just like in the show).

Wedding Day Vision

I envision my wedding to be like a Christmas party. I would just love everything to look festive and fun. I hope my wedding puts everyone in the holiday spirit. The theme is Christmas and the colors are red, green, silver, gold.
