Victoria and Michael tied the knot during their Tavares Pavilion wedding overlooking Lake Dora. The two envisioned a formal wedding that was both intimate and included their closest friends and family.
Just a few years back, Victoria never would have thought that a new career would lead her to the love of her life. During her first interview at the hospital where should would soon be hired, Michael recalls seeing her and being quite taken. After being hired on, the two began working together and soon love ensued.
Their love continued to grow as they spent many adventures camping, traveling, and growing with one another. During an RV trip for New Year’s Eve in 2016 with their friends, Michael surprised the group by bringing out champaign around the campfire. As midnight approached, Michael brought Victoria in to hold her even tighter and that was when he asked her, “there is something that I still need to do in 2016. Would you marry me?” Of course, Victoria said, “yes” and recalls how absolutely perfect the moment was!
Their day was also filled with so many perfect moments from the very beginning. After getting dolled up at The Emerald Fox, the girls headed over to the venue to begin getting ready. Adorable robe shots were followed by Victoria’s best man and sister-in-law placing her mantilla.
While Victoria was upstairs finishing up, Michael was downstairs suiting up with his best man and brother. A surprise came his way, as his niece and flower girl brought down a gift from Victoria. A sweet watch and note, Victoria let him know that she was thinking of him and could not wait for what was to come.
One of my favorite details of Michael and Victoria’s ceremony was a hand built cross that Michael created. The love he put into his work for Victoria was absolutely beautiful. Walking down the aisle, our groom was all tears seeing Victoria in her dress for the first time.
Formal portraits with their family and wedding party soon followed the ceremony before we headed out to nearby Wooton Park for newlywed portraits. The light in the park felt absolutely magical as it illuminated all around our sweethearts.
Family and friends danced the night away with our darlings before a sweet goodbye. Wishing Victoria and Michael an amazing journey through life together!
