Club Lake Plantation Wedding

Natasha and James’ tied the knot during their Club Lake Plantation wedding in Apopka, Florida. Envisioning a rustic vibe with elegance, the two planned out a special day that was absolutely stunning!

How They Met

We met at a birthday party. Totally opposites. He’s goofy and so was not my type. I guess what they say opposites attracts really is true.

What They Love Most

Natasha: I love that he accept me and love me for who I am. I love that he’s any amazing cook and loves to travel all over the world with me. That life is never boring with him because we make new memories everyday.

James: I love her intelligence and how she can keep a conversation going. I love how she inspire me to do more, and to do better with my life. I love that she spark my creativity and imagination.

The Proposal

We got engaged on October 16th 2016, two days after my birthday and 16 days after his. In one of the most romantic places in the world “Paris”.

We had made plans to dine at the world famous Eiffle tower restaurant Le Jules Verne but once we got there the restaurant was filled to capacity. James was not having them turn us away so he told me to hold on and proceeded to have a conversation with the manager.

I have no idea what he said to him but shortly after we were whisked away to a little corner table with the most amazing view. (I was seriously impressed). James was behaving strangely. He kept excusing himself to use the restroom. I was concerned that he was getting sick and was prepared to cut our amazing dinner short. After returning to our table James said “I’m sorry. I’ve been trying to wait but I have to do this now.

I assumed that it was time to leave as he was not feeling well, when he dropped to the ground on bended knee in front of the entire restaurant and pulled out a ring. He said to me “Beautiful since I met you, you complete me, you make me dare to dream again and there is no other person in this world that I would want to spend my life with, will you do me the honor of being my wife”.

At first I was embarrassed but my first thought was that this wonderful man just asked me to be his wife. I was elated and with tears in my eyes and a grin from ear to ear I said “YES”.
