Florida Engagement
Kelly and Ryan met me out at at beautiful Lake Louisa State Park for what felt like one of the most perfect weathered days, light, and backdrops. On top of that, their pup Tucker was truly a super model dog, holding poses, smiling with his eyes, and kissing all over my sweethearts – the session was just amazing!
High school sweethearts, Kelly and Ryan met in January of their Senior year through mutual friends at a basketball game. From high school to college, they grew into becoming young adults together and made their long distance relationship work through college before finally moving together to Florida.
Falling in love with each others sense of humor, the two mentioned that they joke often and laugh constantly when together. As Kelly explains, “Ryan’s personality is definitely more “go with the flow,” and I’m a planner, so eh helps me adapt that attitude as well, which is something I love about him.” Also being her support system, and “an equal partner” in their life decisions, Ryan is not only her fiancé, but her best friend.
For Ryan, “Kelly is the most beautiful woman on the outside, but also on the inside. Kelly is a moral, kind-hearted person who works to make sure we as a couple stay on track and grow together.” Challenging Ryan to be a better person every day, Kelly “goes above and beyond” in putting their relationship first and caring about Ryan.
Planning out his proposal to Kelly, Ryan knew that she wouldn’t expect one coming when popping the question on September 28th of last year, the day after her birthday. Making plans for the two to celebrate her belated birthday, Ryan took Kelly out to dinner and afterwards the two went on a walk with their pup Tucker. Walking along side the waterfront in Set Petersburg at Vinoy Park, Ryan paused their walk, got down on one knee (with Tucker sitting next to him of course!), and proposed to Kelly. Truly a magical moment, it could not have been more perfect!
