Harmony Gardens Wedding

Keyleigh and Kyle tied the knot at their Harmony Gardens wedding in DeLeon Springs, Florida. Lavender carried throughout their day from the bridesmaid dresses to sprigs of fresh floral in the bouquets and boutonnieres.

How They Met

Just four years ago, Keyleigh graduated with her nursing degree. Never would she have thought that along with her graduation, would she also find the love of her life. Celebrating the milestone in her life, she decided to reward herself for the achievement with buying a new car. Purchasing her car, she found herself back at the dealership a few months later for her first oil change. Kyle just so happened to have started working at the dealership when Keyleigh came in that day. Walking up to the counter and seeing the handsome man about to help her, both new there was an instant attraction and exchanged numbers after some small talk.

What They Love Most

Kyle’s zen and calmness clicked with Keyleigh from their very first date and the two found that not only did they have an instant attraction to one another, but that they also had a beautiful and natural way with one another from conversation to enjoyment on their date. Many more dates followed of course and it wasn’t long before they fell in love.

Wedding Day

Their Harmony Gardens wedding day was surrounded by the beauty of their love that had began on that very first date. Meeting up with Keyleigh first while we waited on our groom to arrive, we captured our bride’s details along a secret path with a floral backdrop. Harmony Gardens feels so incredibly magical with many of these secret little paths, stone statues hidden among the foliage, and what feels like an endless opportunity of beautiful locations for photos.

I must say that Keyleigh blew me away with her makeup – which she did her self! Seriously stunning and flawless! Her girls looked stunning as well and it wasn’t long before everyone hopped into their gowns after robe shots. While the girls were finishing getting into their dresses, we used the downtime to capture Kyle and his guys suiting up along with some pre-groom’s party portraits.

Seeing Kyle’s smile from ear to ear and the excitement he had, along with his silly groomsmen, was a blast from the beginning. The ceremony could truly not come soon enough for him to see Keyleigh. After capturing our guys, we headed back to our girls while they took a break to hang out for a bit. Buttoning up her dress and bridal portraits wrapped up our getting ready time before we headed out to the ceremony.

Located under a beautiful pagoda, Harmony Gardens created a whimsical floral garland that lined two drapes on the sides. I loved the display as it really felt like my couple was anchored in the middle and added that extra touch!

Exchanging of vows, placing of rings, and a first kiss in traditional fashion created a stunning ceremony. Formal portraits with family and the wedding party, and of course newlywed portraits followed shortly after before sunset. Keyleigh and me were both on board with having their wedding party venture into the brush for some dramatic landscape portraits – took a little convincing, but the girls didn’t mind too much!

Reception entrances took place out on the mosaic dance floor, followed by dining under the tented reception area, and back out to the dance floor for dancing throughout the night!
