Hannah and Huntington met me out at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, Florida. Known for its botanical garden and priceless statues, the two couldn’t have imagined a place more perfect for their engagement than their upcoming wedding venue.
Hannah and Hunt’s story begins by chance. During an ice storm in Nashville, Tennessee where they live, Hannah’s friend invited her over to meet potential prospect that she thought might be a match for her and so she wouldn’t have to weather the storm alone. Hannah obliging to the invite made the trek out of her home to see her friend and the potential guy. Well Hannah hit it off, but not with the potential match. Hunt had been at Hannah’s friend’s house as well by chance due to a last minute move not working out. Their chemistry was instant and Hannah was quite taken by what a true Southern gentleman Hunt was.
Dating soon ensued and the two became an inseparable pair. Hannah fell in love with how hunt would truly “go to the moon and back” if she needed him too in his endeavor to always keep her happy. It is that happiness and kindheartedness in which Hunt fell in love with. As he explains it, “I love Hannah’s kindheartedness and her ability to see the good in everyone. She continues to push me to be the best that I can be.”
The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress is so much more than just a stunningly beautiful wedding venue for my duo. It has memories of both their proposal and now engagement, and truly has become a place the two visit every chance they get. During a vacation getaway, Hunt surprised Hannah with upgrading them to a suite so that their balcony would be overlooking the Disney parks. The view was marvelous, but the surprise in store would be so much more. After finishing up getting ready for a night out, Hannah joined Hunt on the balcony where he was waiting for her. Getting down on one knee, Hunt proposed to Hannah with fireworks in the background. As Hannah describes it, it was “the happiest night of my life. We celebrated by having dinner and enjoying the rest of our vacation time in full bliss.”
With their wedding coming this October, I asked my sweethearts what they would recommend to others planning their special day. Truly I could not agree more with Hannah, nor could I put it more perfectly. As she states, “the best advice we have received is to make the day completely yours. There are so many opinions and suggestions of others, but at the end of the day, Hunt and I want to remember a day that celebrates our relationship, and we have planned to add our own personal touches along the way.”
Looking forward to capturing these two tie the knot this October at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress!
