Mission Inn Wedding
Alyssa and Hunter tied the knot during their Mission Inn wedding in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida. A vision of floral accents throughout, an airy feel for their daytime ceremony in front of the fountain, and spending time with their closest family and friends came through in every aspect of their wedding day.
First Date on the Football Field
My sweethearts story began just over a year ago when they met online. Chit chatting for three weeks online, the two decided to meet offline for their first date at a UCF football game. From the moment they met in person, their connection was simply put – perfection.
Falling in love with one another, Hunter knew he had found ‘the one’ and began planning his proposal to Alyssa. After spending their Sunday morning at church, Hunter surprised Alyssa by re-routing their normal drive to their local favorite brunch spot. A little confused, Alyssa rolled with the change of plans for parking, and walked with Hunter towards the restaurant.
A Surprise Proposal
Along the way, a sweet little gazebo filled with flower petals, candles, and a picture crossed their path. On closer inspection, Alyssa was completely overtaken with joy to find out that the picture was of the two of them. Taking Alyssa’s hand, Hunter knelt to one knee and asked her to marry him, which she of course said, “yes!”
Mission Inn Wedding Day
Their wedding day was filled with the same beautiful love that they have shared since the beginning. Arriving a bit early, we greeted Alyssa in the bridal suite at Mission Inn. After capturing her details, we headed over to Hunter who had arrived shortly after to capture him opening a sweet gift of an engraved watch Alyssa had for him. With the ceremony beginning soon, we finished up capturing Alyssa getting into her dress, a sweet father-daughter first look, and a beautiful first touch between her and Hunter.
Taking place in front of the fountain laced with flowers, the two shared their “I do’s” and sealed their forever promise with a kiss. Formal portraits shortly followed after with family. A surprise to guests, the two had their pups arrive for a few quick pictures which were absolutely adorable – and might I add they may have stolen the spotlight if for only a few seconds with their cuteness!
Traveling by golf cart, we made our way throughout the venue hitting up the most beautiful spots, from the waterfall to the Mediterranean hotel.
Back at their reception ballroom, guests funneled in to cheer for our newlyweds as they made their grand entrance. Formal dances followed by sweet toasts, and tons of dancing, filled our day. A bubble send off goodby (so cute!) was the perfect end to a perfect day!
Wishing my sweethearts a beautiful life together!
